  58. If you downloaded FP40E.ZIP, please do the followings:
  59. 1. Copy FP40E.ZIP to an empty directory.
  60. 2. Unzip FP40E.ZIP file.
  61. 3. Run SETUP.EXE extracted from FP38E.ZIP.
  62. 4. Follow the rest on-screen instructions.

  64. You may Unzip FP40E.ZIP with any decompression utilities
  65. such as WinZip, NetZip or PKZIP. If you do not have any
  66. decompression utilities, you may also download FP38E.EXE
  67. self-extracting EXE from our web site at

  78. it is because you do not have Microsoft ODBC 3.0 32 bit drivers

  115. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE FOR SOFTWARE.  MUNICA Corporation grants you the
  116.  right to use the software and documents included in this package (the
  117.  SOFTWARE) on a single computer or network by a single user at a time.
  118.  The program is in use when it is loaded into RAM or installed into
  119.  other permanent storage media of a computer. You may install this
  120.  program on a network server, only if you have separate license for each
  121.  computer on the network. However, you may make one copy of the SOFTWARE
  122.  for backup purpose.

  124. 2. GRANT OF LICENSE FOR SERVER-SIDE COMPONENTS
  125. MUNICA Corporation grants you the right to install and use the
  126.  SERVER-SIDE COMPONENTS of the software on a single directory on a
  127.  single server.

  129. 3. COPYRIGHT.
  130. The copyright and all other rights of the SOFTWARE and SERVER-SIDE
  131.  COMPONENTS belong to MUNICA Corporation or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE
  132.  and SERVER-SIDE COMPONENTS are protected by Canadian copyright laws and
  133.  international treaties.

  135. 4. LIMITED WARRANTY: We warrant the storage media of the SOFTWARE and
  136.  SERVER-SIDE COMPONENTS to be free from material or workmanship defects
  137.  for a period of 90 days. If such defects occur, we shall replace it if
  138.  we receive the complete returned product and the sales receipt. Our
  139.  maximum accumulated liability shall not exceed the price of the product
  140.  paid by you. The warranty does not apply if the failure is caused by acc
  141. ident,
  142.  abuse or misapplication. Except for the above mentioned warranty, the
  143.  SOFTWARE and SERVER-SIDE COMPONENTS are provided as is without any
  144.  other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to,

  161.  purpose CGI scripting software or scripts.

  163. 6. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS: If this SOFTWARE is acquired by or
  164.  for the U.S Government, then it is provided with Restricted Rights.
  165.  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S Government is subject to
  166.  restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights in
  167.  Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, or
  168.  subparagraph (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software -
  169.  Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, or clause 18-52.227-86(d) of the
